How much does your Shipping & Delivery cost?
UK Delivery charges are broken into categories as follows:-
Small items £5.50 minimum
Larger items such as Large Keepsake Boxes WPP 62- WPP 80 will be charged at £1 per Box
minimum 10 Boxes.
WPP 86 will be charged at £2.70 per Box for a minimum of 4 Boxes
WPP 95 will be charged at £3.50  per Box for a minimum of 2 Boxes
WPP 103 Large Trunk will be charged at £10.50 per Trunk.

What is your poilcy on Returns & Replacements?
Wood Plus Trade is committed to providing our customers with high quality products and customer service. However, in the event that products are found to be faulty, please refer to our return policy outlined below. Please understand that it is our policy to try and replace the product before we raise a credit.

If the items you have ordered through our website are faulty or damaged you must inform us within 5 days of receipt of the goods by sending an email detailing your original order number and the item you wish to return. After this date no exchange or credit will be offered.

Any items to be returned must be received by Wood Plus Trade within 7 days of original receipt by the customer.  We strongly recommend that you arrange for proof of delivery on returned items as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please note that proof of postage is not proof of delivery. Providing the item/s is received complete and in perfect packaging, we will refund/exchange.
Returns will not be accepted without prior approval and a Returns Authorization Number.
Wood Plus Trade reserves the right to cancel any wholesale order if we feel you are not a trading business.  Please note we DO NOT allow people to sell our products on EBay as at 1st January 2007 onwards, without exception.   

All postage and packaging costs for returned merchandise will be incurred at the customer’s expense.

We cannot exchange or refund items that are specially made to order, unless an error has been made and proved on our part.  Orders made on behalf of your customers, are non-refundable, but this does not affect their Statutory Rights.

The following statement explains our policy regarding the personal information we collect about you. In short: Wood Plus Trade does not sell, loan or give away any information you supply to us.

  • Statment of Intent

    From time to time, you will be asked to submit personal information about yourself (e.g. name, company, address and e-mail address) in order to receive or use services on our web site. By entering your details in the fields requested, you enable Wood Plus Trade to provide you with the services that you select. Whenever you provide such personal information, we will treat that information in accordance with this policy. Our services are designed to give you the information that you want to receive. Wood Plus Europe Ltd  will act in accordance with current legislation and aim to meet current Internet best practice.

  • Information on Visitors

    During the course of any visit to www.woodplustrade.com the pages you see, along with something called a cookie, are downloaded to your computer (see below for more on this). Most, if not all, web sites do this, because cookies allow the web site publisher to do useful things like find out whether the computer (and probably its user) has visited the site before.   • User and Storage of your Personal Information

    When you supply any personal information to Wood Plus Europe Ltd  we have legal obligations towards you in the way we deal with that data. We must collect the information fairly, that is, we must explain how we will use it and tell you if we want to pass the information on to anyone else. In general, any information you provide to Wood Plus Trade will only be used by Wood Plus Trade.  It will never be supplied to anyone outside of Wood Plus Trade without first obtaining your consent, unless we are obliged or permitted by law to disclose it. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as you use the service that you have requested. We will ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

  • Access to your Personal Information

    You have the right to request a copy of the personal information that Wood Plus Trade holds about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. (We charge £10 for information requests.) Please address requests to sales@woodplustrade.com

  • Special Orders

    An additional allowance of six weeks should be made for personalised items.

    For special orders and non-standard products: prices for these items and delivery details will be quoted for at the time of acknowledgement of the enquiry unless otherwise specified.
